Hotel Rwanda
This is one of the projects of the 3 that we have to do based on the movie Hotel Rwanda. We had to chose one word that we thought summed up some of the movie. I chose the word 'believe' because throughout all the struggles that they had, they never stopped believing. I highlighted the 'lie' part because even though they believed one another, there were lies that were told. Every lie was to make it through another day alive.

Find the pickle
For this project Tiffany and I decided to hide a pickle in the grass! We had to play with the brightness and contrast of both the grass and the pickle to finally get it so that it is almost totally camouflaged into the background. I liked this project, I thought that it was a lot of fun!

BAtesville Day
For this project Tiffany Chacko and I had to create a T-shirt design for the upcoming Batesville Day. We wanted to keep it simple since it was going to go onto a shirt and also limit the colors that we were going to use. This is our final product, and we all think that it is good!!

Photoshopuser #2..motion blur
I thought that this was also another really cool effect that I could but on picture. This was harder than the other one, but I also think that it is better. Next time I do this I would try and get the effect to look better on the main athlete in the picture, but overall I like it.
Photoshopuser #1..edge mask
I decided to try the edge mask because i thought that it looked cool, and was something that i could also do with almost any of the other projects. It is not too hard to do, but i feel like it also adds to the picture. I really like it!!

Midterm..250 years of Charlottesville
For the midterm I created this as a representation of 250 years of Charlottesville. I put each image on for a certain reason. Each on has a meaning to me, whether it is remembering a store that my mom and I would go to a lot (Circa), or it was a place that I loved to spend a lot of my time (Humpback). Each image has a meaning to me, and I feel that they represent Charlottesville in a great way.

Book Cover 2
For this book I chose Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks. One of the main parts of the book is when Katie gets a bike from the guy that owns the store in town. This spikes their relationship to become more intense and ends well, of course.
